Refund policy

Pitambara by Manisha is committed to providing a seamless and exceptional shopping experience. While each couture piece is handcrafted with the utmost care, if something isn’t right, we are here to help.

Exchange Requests

We allow exchanges for reasons such as color, size, or alternate style (if in stock).

  • You must inform us of any exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Exchange requests are subject to availability and design feasibility.
  • Once approved, items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item is:

  • Received damaged or in a defective condition
  • Not what you ordered

You may return the item, unused, unwashed, unaltered, in its original packaging with all original tags intact.

You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. After our team inspects and approves the issue, the exchange will be processed accordingly.

Simple Return Process – Domestic Orders

To process your return or exchange:

  1. On the invoice provided, circle the item(s) being returned and note the reason and quantity.
  2. Wait to receive a “Return Accepted” confirmation from our customer support.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the completed invoice.
  4. Ship the parcel to us at the provided return address.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Gift certificates, jewellery, bags, or accessories
  • Items customized as per your measurements or specifications
  • Products worn, washed, used, or altered by the customer
  • Any product that is returned without original tags, invoice, or packaging
  • Sale or discounted merchandise

International Orders

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for international shipments.

However, if the item is delivered in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition:

  • Please email us at pitambaraofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Kindly wait for our approval and a “Return Accepted” confirmation before dispatching any product back.
  • Any product dispatched after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Items damaged by the customer, altered post-purchase, or worn will not be accepted for exchange.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Pitambara is primarily a custom couture brand and operates on a strict no refund policy. Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances and subject to approval by our quality and production teams.

If a refund is approved:

  • You can expect to receive your refund within 14–28 working days depending on the courier transit time, return inspection, and bank processing.
